  July 29, 2024- Monday   Lame duck President Joe Biden has announced today to make structural changes to the Supreme Court. First, Biden has proposed term limits.  The term would be 18 years.   Biden has also proposed ethics policies for Supreme Court members to control influence and bias of the Supreme Court justices.   Before we go any further, we need to acknowledge these recommendations for change are not Joe Biden’s ideas.  They are the ideas of the cabal running the United States White House administration right now .     It’s very clear the Democrats were good with the Supreme Court majority who were legislating their causes from the bench and ignoring what the Constitution says.  Now there has been a shift in philosophy of the justices who lean heavily on the Constitution, the Democrats want to change the rules because they are no longer getting their way legally.     The good news is Republicans control the House of R...

  July 25, 2024- Thursday   The political landscape of the United States has changed dramatically.  The Democratic cabal running the United States has leaned hard enough on Joe Biden to force him to resign.  Biden’s ability to spread the cabal’s message had so deteriorated, they had to have a new talking head.  Enter Kamala Harris.     Kamala Harris is now the messenger for the cabal.  She will be covering the country talking about abortion and the demise of democracy if Donald Trump is elected.  Harris is ok with killing babies so if you are ok with killing babies, then you will be voting for her.  If you like a more socialist government, then you will be voting for Harris.  If you want less money in your pocket due to increased taxes and regulations, then you will vote for Harris .     Kamala Harris may very possibly win this presidential election.  It will not happen without the assistance of the key media organ...

July 18, 2024 We are now six days out from the attempted assassination of Donald Trump.  As more information becomes available, we are finding this shooting should have never occurred.  The gunman was seen positioning himself to shoot Trump and law enforcement individuals were told someone was on top of the roof of a nearby building.  This is an assassination attempt that should never have happened .     The building where the gunman positioned himself was much too close to the podium where Trump was speaking for to not have a protective law enforcement on it.  This whole situation should never have developed much less occurred.   That leads us to what happens now.   First, will be all the grandstanding by the politicians, especially Republicans, who will be working hard to have the Director of the Secret Service replaced.  It was not her fault the event happened, but she is the one ducking questions and insinuating the local police wer...

July 18, 2024- Time for another book report.  I never wanted to give book reports when I was in school because I did not want to read any books.  The sports section of the newspaper was good enough for me. Thankfully, that all changed in 1985 but I digress.  I had the pleasure of reading John Grisham’s latest book, Camino Ghosts.  Again, John Grisham doesn’t need my review of his book, but I want to share something good when I have a chance, and this is a good book.   Grisham’s characters again have good depth and the characters in this story are true to what one would believe would be involved in a situation such as the one in the book. It is also obvious Grisham did his homework on the basic premise of the book and provided some very good information that made the book somewhat educational as well as entertaining.  I know it is very difficult to not only develop stories people find interesting but it’s also very difficult to write those stories in...
