All The Light We Cannot See- Anthony Doerr
All the Light We Cannot See- Anthony Doerr
This is a Pulitzer Prize winning novel. My review of the book doesn’t make one bit of difference to anyone, but this was a wonderful book.
The story was captivating. The characters were so original and believable. The characters reacting to the German occupation of Frances seemed so real based on historical accounts we have. I thought the descriptions of how the blind girl sensed the world around her was so engaging.
There is a good chance I will read this book again and I would recommend this book to anyone regardless of taste. There are so many historical nuances in the book that can add to an individual’s knowledge of World War II. The story ended so well but I was so disappointed when it did end, I was enjoying it so much. Read this book!
