Pro-Hamas & Palestinian University Protests- Remember October 6th

 May 3, 2024- Friday

This week has been filled with campus protests in the United States. The protests are centered on anti-Semitic beliefs. These students are calling for the universities to divest their finances from any company that supports Israel. The protests quickly moved from groups of students coming together to shout their disapproval of universities investments to the taking over of campus buildings.

These students are largely students from Arab descent, and many have an ingrained hatred for Jews and Israel. They have no problems with the fact Hamas, a Palestinian terrorist group invaded Israel on October 6, 2023, and killed 1200 Jews and took over 100 hostages in an unprovoked attack. The viciousness of this invasion has been documented but all of this has now been lost in the images of shouting students on American university campuses.

We are now finding out these protests are being fueled by people and money not associated with the universities. They are not students. They are professional antagonists hired by anti-Semitic individuals to sew discord and work to dominate media time to pressure the United States to no longer support Israel.

Israel must protect itself when something as unthinkable happens such as happened on October 6th. The Palestinian people allowed Hamas to exist in their country, then they allowed them to control them. There is a price to be paid when tacit approval is given to rogue terrorist organization that finds itself in the crosshairs of a nation such as Israel intent on defending itself.

Yes, many have died. Hamas knew this would happen when they planned their invasion into Israel. Hamas controls what happens next. This conflict could end today with the release of the hostages that remain and their attacks against Israel are stopped. It isn’t very complicated. It could all end today. No one else has to die. The defenseless Palestinians suffering without food and water could be helped today.

One thing to not forget is that the Palestinians are not being helped by other Arab countries. Hamas is being supported by Iran, but the Palestinian people are the ones really suffering now. They have allowed Hamas this foothold in their area of Gaza and are paying the price now. Other countries in the world care more for the Palestinian people than their own Arab neighbors. That should tell everyone something about the people involved, but our news media is not interested in reporting that.
